Epic's cloud save feature is KNOWN TO CORRUPT BL3 SAVES. The save file gets backed up to the cloud, it gets corrupted there, and when you start the game it syncs the corrupted save to your local system, and the game can't read it. This does NOT appear to be an issue for consoles.

If there is a folder for cloud saves files too I'd want to delete those too. Deleting all the files in save games folder and then running after a reinstall should fix it I guess..
